The game is fairly simple and there is an instructions box that can be accessed from the about box if you forget. The first screen that you will see when you start-up Bonk is the level selection screen. To select your starting level, click on the appropriately numbered box. If you’d like Bonk to stay at that level of difficulty for the duration of this game, switch the “Freeze Level” button “on” by clicking on it. The object of the game is to Bonk as many of the funny looking guys on the head as you can without letting them escape and NO!, it isn’t a self portrait...I have hair and ears. George (the guy who you’re supposed to Bonk on the head) will eventually duck away. Try to click on him before he leaves or else he’ll laugh at you and his escape will be added to the number of “Escaped” guys. If you let ten guys escape, not only will you be laughed at plentifully, your game will be over. When you Bonk George a sufficient number of times, the level of difficulty will increase (if you didn’t set “Level Freeze” as previously described). He will pop in and out much quicker as the level progresses, but don’t fear, you have a special weapon. To throw an experimental AG42 bomb, press the space bar. This will wipe-out all of the guys showing at that time. You only get one bomb per level, but you may save them up throughout the game. Use them wisely, you’ll need them at the higher levels.
